I personally can only recommend the coaching to everyone!
Dr. Bergner is very experienced and gets to the point quickly. I love his direct manner and really appreciate his assessments and feedback.

I am thrilled with the approach that you throw him a real life problem and he immediately has the right model ready and can abstract the solution via the model at an insane speed.

After initial technical difficulties ;) the exchange with Dr. Bergner is highly professional and now works smoothly and very customer-oriented.

I am already looking forward to the next appointments and to the new insights.

We have been cooperating with Dr. Bergner for > 10 years. As personnel consultants, we are repeatedly involved in tasks which, in addition to the pure filling of positions at the management level, require competent consulting and support of the clients, e.g. with regard to topics of organizational and/or personnel development. In this regard, we can refer to a very successful cooperation with Dr. Bergner in corresponding projects with clients. In addition, the cooperation and collaboration also extends to topics such as management audits (also in personnel selection) or the implementation of assessment centers. We are looking forward to the implementation of further joint projects.

We are very grateful that Dr. Bergner supports our small company with his experience and his "thinking outside the box". Especially in the social sector, the everyday focus is not always on building structures or optimizing processes. I liked the fact that the consulting team didn't want to "push" solutions on us, but instead dealt with our situation very intensively. That way, it became our way, not the consultants' way.
The parking situation in Hannover's Südstadt is horrible; but that has almost been solved by working online. We would never have thought that a change process could be made so engaging via video conferencing. We were also able to involve colleagues in Hungary. A clear recommendation if you are looking for change with consultants at eye level!
