U-value 0.10 W, passive house with VHG system and 45 cm Neopor shuttering block, passive house floor slab, roof and windows. Blower door test with very good. Photovoltaics for self-sufficiency, what more could you want. Best decision to spend a few euros more. Congratulations!!!

Our architect and site manager did a great job. Without the great effort and your support, the project would not have been possible in such a short time. Since we prepared the statics, thermal insulation certificate and all reinforcement plans internally and supplied the entire shell construction, it was possible to achieve such a rapid construction status.

Hello Vlad, your house with a 45 cm passive house element and a U-value of 0.10 W has "almost" no heating costs. Even if you involve the whole family (as you did), you can save up to EUR 125,000 according to the construction cost breakdown by doing the work yourself with the VHG system. My personal respect goes to your whole family.

If you plan your shell construction perfectly with our site supervisor and book a complete support during the entire shell construction by VHG, you have naturally chosen the most effective construction process with a Mitbauhaus. This not only saves a lot of time or vacation days, but of course also makes itself massively felt in the overall budget. All the best for the interior construction!!!
