You and Kirsten did a fantastic job. The many practical tips can be implemented immediately.
Shooting videos of yourself and publishing them is a personal challenge.
It is a plus and it is a joy to promote your own personal development in the way.

The video challenge with Andrea and Kirsten Biema was simply brilliant. I have dared to the topic of video and that, although I can do little with technology and had never made a video before. Both have lovingly "pushed" into the implementation and left no doubt that anyone can do it. They are encouragers and always gave 110%. There was also proper mindset work involved and no technique question was left unanswered. The Challenge is worth so much more than it costs 🧡.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you to Andrea and Kirsten for such a professional and at the same time personal video challenge, executed with so much mindfulness! You both show an incredible commitment, help to jump over your own shadow and leave the comfort zone! Not only technical hurdles are overcome, but inevitably a self-encounter and a confrontation with oneself takes place, in which one is lovingly carried by both as well as the group. Chapeau ! Absolutely recommendable! Andrea approaches the topic of message and moving image with love and passion and helps you to find and transport your essence. My personal reason why I booked Essentially YOU was, I wanted to feel my own energy. Through the possibility to open up in the group this has completely worked out. Andrea's warm and motivating manner was especially good for me.
I realized that I don't have to be perfect right away. If I am clear about what I want and what my clients want, I can convey that much better. Simply transport myself in front of the camera as I really am. I am . This is the biggest change for me.
Finally, I want to say a few words about Andrea. She is an inspiring, warm , honest person. She imparts much more knowledge than the call from the workshop imparts. The individual call were most vie longer. Thank you
