My mission: Mental Steep Passes.
From me, the audience gets steep passes for further thinking, discussion and experimentation - the right impulses to get agile into action in the dynamic working world.

Great workshop for my team that is preparing as a transformation team.
In the workshop we learned numerous techniques and methods (e.g. Leadership Sprint, etc.) to accompany the change. Clear recommendation for all who want to tackle the agile transformation or are in the middle of it.
Once again, thank you very much for the great impulses and the inspiring presentation - "Agility meets Team Sport". We still had hot discussions afterwards and everyone was enthusiastic about how we approach the implementation.
Inspiring talk with a kick. It triggered many (positive) discussions afterwards. Thank you for that. The analogies from team sports simply fit our complex project work and a changed way of working.
In 2018, Andreas Becker supported us in setting up a Scrum pilot project in the company. For the entire team, agility and Scrum were new at the time. Through trainings, workshops and (individual) coaching, he accompanied us in the first sprints.
Andreas also accompanied the Agile transition in the company and worked with the executives in addition to the pilot team.
Personally, I enjoyed the collaboration a lot, also because Andreas was able to convey complex contexts in an understandable way (even then partly due to the reference to soccer). Many thanks!
Andreas Becker is very experienced in coaching agile teams (and those who want to become one). In addition to the theory, he conveys the practical application very clearly and also always explains why one does or does not do certain things in the agile environment. Through his practice-proven assistance as well as his friendly and appreciative demeanor, he quickly gains the acceptance of teams.
The journey and the time for the lecture were really worth it - the guy is so passionate about his subject. Even though I'm not a sports fan, I'm thrilled! Andreas B. called me a soccer muffle and ball dyslexic, but it's ok.
In his presentation, Andreas Becker succeeded in drawing comprehensible parallels between team sports and the current business world. In this way, he built up a trusting connection between me and my employees and was able to set important impulses for working in dynamic times. Very inspiring or, in soccer parlance, "3-points".
Andreas lives the topic of sport and agility. At the same time, he has helped me significantly in my PO role. Team Sport was the start, then we transferred the principles to my environment.
A clear recommendation for (chief) product owners.
P.S. Where can he still improve? In the quality of his documentation.
Mr. Becker has a calm, convincing and inspiring way of conveying his content. He knows what he is talking about because he has a lot of experience. He is also very interested in testing new methods, techniques and approaches and applying them.
I can recommend Andreas Becker without reservation. As an IT manager, I booked the coaching program to get me on track for the Champions League in agile leadership. And here you can already guess, team sports and in focus football are used as a vehicle to coach agility and the consequences for agile leadership. I also particularly liked the fact that I was given my own virtual board and thus all content was continuously visualized and documented, I can still use this today. The start "Agile Aufgestellt" and the idea of Leadership Sprints, which are based on the events of Scrum mesh perfectly. And why not work in the same way in personal development as my teams? Absolute hit!
Dear Andreas, thank you for your support and coaching.
Your guidance in the Leadership Sprint was especially helpful to me, so I could regularly expand my skills as an agile leader, try them out, get feedback ("feedback from the fan curve", as you call it), reflect on it with you, integrate it into my daily work and continue from game day to game day. Thank you.
I have finished.
Combining agility and team sports in an "Agile Situated" workshop helped me and my team to break through in understanding agile principles. Many a mental steep pass was necessary for me not to fall directly into the agile pigeonhole thinking. The core of agile work is conveyed in an understandable way without buzzwords.
