No one can be reached by phone! The test of the antibodies can be retrieved only if you indicate in advance whether you are vaccinated and when or not. alone allows cheating.

Thank you for your feedback. For the creation of the medical report, various mandatory information is required, which you must enter when retrieving it from our website. Thank you for your understanding.

In our FAQ on our website you will find the following explanation:

"The mandatory fields such as name, date of birth, sampling date and, if applicable, vaccination dates, which we request during the results retrieval process, are intended exclusively for your personal Medical Report. Adversis Pharma may only use this data anonymously if this is expressly agreed.

If the information on your medical report is not important to you, please contact us via mail or phone to receive an anonymized medical report."

You can usually reach us by telephone from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:30.

Incredibly great service. I was a bit clumsy when taking the sample. New material (lancing devices, etc.) was sent without any further costs. The result was then also available very quickly. Everything was perfect.
