I've been to a lot of car dealerships - many of them were good. Durst is outstanding. Since I could not be present at the initial assessment of my E-Smart, concerning the KD, I was sent a video on my smartphone with all the relevant details and a cost estimate by the responsible master car mechanic. Simply outstanding and so never experienced! Thank you!
