Alles bestens. Die Hausverwaltung reagiert prompt auf Hinweise bezüglich eventueller Reparaturen. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit sind die zuständigen Firmen im Einsatz und kümmern sich um das Anliegen. Ebenso war bisher jeder Ansprechpartner äußerst freundlich. In meinem Fall besonders Frau Schmidt, die stets bemüht ist, Probleme schnell zu lösen.

Es gibt einige technische Probleme, wie zum Beispiel das fehlende Internet seit etwa einem halben Jahr, die bisher nicht gelöst wurden. Trotzdem ist die Hausverwaltung ansonsten sehr gut.
