My course and I had Nico Betz as a lecturer for several modules and I always found the lessons to be extremely positive!
Mr. Betz was always well prepared for the lessons, conveyed the subject matter - even rather dry topics - in an understandable way and adapted the amount and variation of his exercises wonderfully to the course.
Whenever possible, practical work was also incorporated into the lessons, which was very entertaining. I felt that the lessons were well tailored to the IHK exams, and I never felt as if I was just "mindlessly" learning by heart. It also never seemed to me that the lessons were simply passed on from one side to the other, but that the students were always involved and, if necessary, were able to discuss any ambiguities without any problems.
As a lecturer and person, Nico Betz is friendly, relaxed and entertaining. His tolerance for frustration and his ability to remain calm when the course gets stressful sometimes really surprised me.

Overall, I was very grateful for the lessons with Mr. Betz and often even looked forward to them. I very much hope that my future lecturers will be at the same level.

I particularly liked the practical demonstration lessons in the PC technology module, where we were given computers and laptops to disassemble and assemble.
