I make minds clearer and people calmer. Would you also like to learn how to bring calmness to your thoughts? Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation. Already in the first appointment I will give you valuable methods that you can use immediately on your own, if you wish.
I am your conversation partner for the following topics:
...
-> problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night
-permanent tension / nervousness
-> psychosomatic illnesses (itching, tension,
digestive problems, heart palpitations etc.)
-> psychocardiology
-> not stopping carousels of thoughts
-> lack of lightness
-> lack of strength / dissatisfaction
-> blockages
-> chaos in the head
-> lack of self-confidence
You set the goal of our conversations. Here are a few examples. They want you to:
-> clear your head.
-> move forward with focus, motivation and courage.
-> stop thought carousels.
-> expose their triggers.
-> tap into sources of energy.
-> shake off negative beliefs.
-> successfully keep resolutions.
-> feel joy, lightness and gratitude.
My approach:
We'll see if individual sleep analysis and counseling will help you, or if systemic coaching is a good fit for you. Or maybe you are primarily interested in relaxation. I give you tips or show you directly on the spot methods like:
-> beneficial breathing
-Meditation (walking, sitting or lying down)
-> MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)
-MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living)
-Autogenic Training
-PME (progressive muscle relaxation)
-Forest bathing
-> Pleasure training
I will show you what relaxation and mindfulness methods are available and you decide what interests you the most.
I am also active as a career coach, among others at the Deutsche Angestellten Akademie. Feel free to contact me if you need help around your career (topics: orientation, ego booster, application documents, self-presentation).
I also give seminars several times a year (in small groups) on intrapersonal communication, i.e. how we enter into dialogue with ourselves. What do we think about ourselves? How do we talk to ourselves? Are we friendly or do we just criticize ourselves? Thoughts, to me, are conversations we have with ourselves. These "self-talks" can be very chaotic or negative. They can sabotage us, scare us, and bring us down more than our worst enemy. But they can also motivate us incredibly, delight us and downright inspire us. And that's exactly where I want to go with you.
My goal:
Positive self-talk in tidy minds. Because that's where serenity, calm, power and contentment reside. And the ability to know what you really want.
Feel free to contact us for a free initial consultation. Then we will get to know each other without obligation, online or in person. After that, you decide whether you want to book a one-on-one coaching, a consulting appointment or a seminar with me.
