For 20 years, as a SPEAKER and BUSINESSCOACH, I have felt the need to bring people and companies into their energy. Especially women I want to encourage more courage and self-confidence - teams to more togetherness
I liked it and it will help me in my (voluntary) everyday life, that the core competencies to successfully take over responsibility were clearly named, for me book tips are always important. In addition, statements such as, I may communicate "we need you" were important to motivate others. And of course statements such as "rural women are the bull's eye".
Thank you for the refreshing talk, encouragement and suggestions. I have "grown" today and feel great.
As of today, I will no longer WORK in volunteerism but I will BE ACTIVE in volunteerism.
Ms. Recker has a very good way of teaching people without being lecturing.
She inspires with her lively mentality and managed to inspire us.
That was pure motivation!
I could follow and understand the statements, experience reports, recommendations very well. I liked the way the informative lecture was presented, direct, precise and absolutely entertaining without being superficial. Refreshing lecture - for me a lot was known, nevertheless it is important to deal with it again and again. I especially liked that experiences and examples are put into stories. This is also essential for me personally as well as for volunteering, namely that we can tell stories about what we are and what we do. The topic of vision has inspired me to deal with it again. For me, a successful presentation.
Beate is really great at team development and motivation! She can work with teams in a very structured way and is a great help for the management staff. The bosses can perfectly fall back on her coaching support and are also well looked after there. Conflict management and mediation are also her strengths.
In addition, she is an entertainer 👍with her it is never boring😁😂
