We never had the feeling that he was just trying to make a quick sale—on the contrary, you can tell that he really cares about you being happy with your home in the end. After an extensive search for a suitable developer for our dream home, we discovered Heinz von Heiden and got to know Mr. Kuhnhold. To our surprise, our first meeting took place on a weekend directly on our property. According to his own statement, Mr. Kuhnhold prefers to get a personal impression of the property, no matter how far the journey is. His friendly, honest and relaxed manner as well as his professional experience impressed us at the first meeting, so that we met at the show house just a few days later to start planning. Our ideas were promptly realized; we were able to view two houses under construction. Mr. Kuhnhold always took a lot of time to answer our questions and was always available. So far, everything has gone smoothly, our building application has been approved and we are really looking forward to our future little home. We would highly recommend Mr. Kuhnhold.

Mr. Kuhnhold is not just a "salesman". He is an absolute expert with a wealth of knowledge. He really knows what he's talking about and doesn't just gloss over everything. He immediately tells you what is feasible and what is not. He not only knows the building regulations, but also the laws. As a first-time house builder, I can only say that the atmosphere at the first appointment was really relaxed and easy-going. Everything was explained step by step what to expect. Also the questions about which house and with basement without which advantages the individual houses have were explained well and in detail.
In short, I would go to Mr. Kuhnhold again next time.
