- Very imaginative on the part of the managing director to get the best out of the circumstances
- Both the fitters and the office staff made every effort to implement all questions and optimizations to ensure customer satisfaction. You quickly realize that the philosophy of the managing director extends to every employee

Very good all-round support, always available for questions and information. Special thanks go to the electrician Oleg, who tried to explain the electrical connections in our old house to me, but I only really understood half of it. Thanks to his careful electrical installation, we feel very safe. Thanks also to the three men who efficiently and with great concentration installed the solar modules on the roof in blazing 38 degree temperatures.
We were able to speak to Mr. Michels and our project supervisor Mr. Vollstedt at any time to clarify any questions. Everything was always communicated in a very friendly and honest manner, so that we can now enjoy our solar power with a good feeling.

We received comprehensive advice from Mr. Michels, but then commissioned a competitor because of a price advantage...unfortunately. The system was installed after 14 months (5 legal letters, no response from the company). We have recommended Enerix to several neighbors, who are all very satisfied (time from order to completion sometimes 6 weeks!!!)

The company in question filed for insolvency last week, and the ones who have suffered are the customers who have not yet been supplied. There has never been anything comparable at any of the 115 enerix locations.

All my questions about the construction and operation as well as the economic viability of a self-supply of electricity were dealt with in detail. Unfortunately, it was not possible to demonstrate profitability within the planned timeframe and therefore no order could be placed.

Very good experience, right from the start with the initial contact by Mr. Michels as well as during the installation. The electrician in particular is a real specialist who works extremely cleanly and competently.
A plus with an asterisk for the overall project. The components installed, from the panels to the storage tank, are almost unbeatable in comparison.

In June 2023, we commissioned Enerix Bielefeld to install a PV system with storage. Just five weeks later, the modules were on the roof. Everything was carried out smoothly and on time by the nice and competent employees. From the beginning and also afterwards, if we had any questions, we could always ask the consultants or the office staff and received a competent answer that was understandable for laymen. We are very satisfied all around with the cooperation with Enerix and can only recommend them. Now we are happy about every hour of sunshine and the self-generated electricity.
We wish Enerix-Bielefeld continued success.
