There was no reason to criticize the advice, the adherence to deadlines, or the execution of the work. Necessary adjustments from the conclusion of the contract to the installation (e.g. due to module change) were communicated to me and discussed with me. Friendliness and competence of all employees was excellent in all respects. I always felt I was in good hands, so I can unconditionally recommend enerix Roth.

Hello Bülent, it's a pity to hear that you are not satisfied with your photovoltaic system. Until now, you have unfortunately never expressed to me that the system is not working properly, so we can bring about an improvement here.

I know that you would like to have an emergency power function. Unfortunately, this was not part of our order at the time. As I have already offered you, we can gladly retrofit this. Because of the current delivery situation, this unfortunately has a certain lead time. As already discussed, I will gladly come back to you as soon as the components are available again.
