We worked directly with two Enerix employees and four scaffolding workers organized by Enerix at our home, and we were very impressed with the smooth organization and execution of the consultation and planning, as well as the quality of the work that was proposed and carried out.
We had a SigEnergy hardware and software solution installed, featuring solar panels rated at 11.84 kWp, a battery storage system with a capacity of 9.04 kWh, and a SigEnergy inverter.
We later had our wallbox (purchased secondhand from E.ON) installed, which now allows for charging using surplus PV power.
We are completely satisfied, with only minor issues regarding technical questions related to the settings of the accompanying software.
That is not enerix Krefeld’s core competency.
However, this is not a shortcoming, as there is a support team for technical questions regarding software settings that can be contacted via WhatsApp, for example.
I don’t know how it is with other providers!
As someone with 40 years of IT experience, I can say that I get along relatively well with the AI-supported system software.
Others who aren’t as tech-savvy might have trouble with it and need support for the SigEnergy system’s many individual settings.

According to current data, supported by the excellent analysis tools the system offers, we could reduce our monthly electricity costs from approximately €135/month by €100/month to €35/month, based on the months of March through May 2026.
