Right from the information meeting, the advice we received from co-owner Christoph Glaubke seemed very professional, customer-oriented and reliable, which led us to decide on a photovoltaic system from enerix. This impression was confirmed during the entire installation process. When putting together the various components (solar panels, inverter, storage system), a complete package was put together that was perfectly tailored to our needs and with an optimal price-performance ratio. At no time did we have the feeling that we were being sold something we didn't need. We had contact with very professional, friendly staff throughout and the appointments and communication were always reliable. We also received support in handling the administrative processes (e.g. registering the system in the market master data register) and we were even able to apply for a subsidy. The system has now been running for a quarter of a year and we are absolutely satisfied and can recommend Enerix with a clear conscience.

I did a lot of reading beforehand and there were quite a few providers in my home. From the usual big players (the ones with lots of advertising) to regional providers.
I heard so many different statements, from "no problem at all" to "it's hardly worth it with all those trees" from the so-called "consultants". Everyone praises their components "to the skies" and of course they are always the cheapest. But I didn't want a lot of chatter or to buy the cheapest, I wanted competent advice and high-quality components at a reasonable price.
My expectations were ultimately met in full by Enerix Westerstede. From the planning meeting, to the first appointment with the technician before implementation, the installation of the modules, to the wiring and commissioning, everything was carried out very quickly and professionally. My additional requests were dealt with flexibly and the right person was ALWAYS available to answer any questions.

Even problems with the grid operator due to an outdated house connection box were solved quickly and purposefully by Enerix Weser-Ems. The electrician worked very cleanly and competently and was always available to answer our questions. All deadlines were met on time and the registration, commissioning, final acceptance and entry in the market master data register were carried out by Enerix Weser-Ems so that we didn't have to worry about anything else. A problem with a defective storage module shortly after commissioning was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
All in all, the decision to go with Enerix Weser-Ems was exactly right and worth a clear recommendation.

After setting up the panels for the first time, our neighbors asked if something had gone wrong. Enerix people had left again so quickly. The scaffolding was erected and the panels installed plus the connecting cables were laid from 9.00 am to 11.30 am. All other work was carried out according to plan by very experienced and competent craftsmen. A great experience!

You can't judge the quality of the installed parts yourself, but you feel that enerix provides competent and honest advice.

We sought advice from several providers and obtained quotes. In the end, we decided on Enerix Weser-Ems, although the offer was not the cheapest. The reasons were, besides the competent advice by Mr. Nijdam, especially the flexibility in the choice of components, their quality, as well as the promised short delivery time. Another important point was that all activities (consulting, planning, installation, registration, commissioning and final acceptance) were carried out by Enerix. We ourselves did not need to contact the energy supplier. All promised deadlines were met. The installation was done professionally and to a high standard. The PV elements (17) were installed in half a day, the electrical installation took about 1.5 days. The plant and could then go directly into operation and feed.
For possible extensions of the plant we will probably go back to Enerix.
