The initial meeting was very informative and honest and all questions were answered comprehensively. We felt we were in good hands and very well advised from day one. During the realization of our purchase project, we were advised very competently and comprehensively. We had the impression throughout that we were seriously accompanied from the viewing to the notary contract. In our case, it was the first purchase of a property and we had initially underestimated all the things that had to be considered. HIS Immobilien was always available to answer any questions. All documents were provided completely and mostly in digital form. Communication was via email with a very short response time. The very transparent approach played a decisive role in our decision to purchase.
