Mrs. Meier has always guided me very competently, clearly, lovingly, compassionately and solution-oriented through or into emerging or suppressed, blocked emotions/feelings and memories.
She knew how to lead me, how to accompany and guide me through what was arising/often unpleasant; and she led me to the possible end, i.e. to a (resolution) without being manipulative, impatient or overbearing.
And at the end she always got me to work out feasible, practicable goals or exercises from the topic we were discussing, which I could continue with on my own at home.

What I particularly liked about Kerstin Meier's coaching was that she dealt with me personally on a very individual basis and also accompanied the process very intensively by listening very attentively and thus really understood in essence how to master which step next. Kerstin Meier has experienced a lot herself, including experiences that many do not talk about. With a lot of empathy and her sympathetic charisma, she shows how important it is, however, to be open and honest and also to work through the old. Experiencing a trauma is certainly not easy, so it is all the more important to recognize what valuable "treasure" the person has received. And Kerstin helps with that, both personally and on the stages. Her performance was great and gave me a lot personally.
