The technician Mr. Küchler searched and found the cause of the water damage very prudently and professionally. At the same time, he explained every step in such a way that it was comprehensible and understandable even for me as a layman. I received the damage report immediately. Mr. Seltan and his employee proceeded systematically and professionally according to the exclusion procedure in the troubleshooting, clarified their approach with us in a friendly and comprehensible manner and were able to plausibly identify the source of the fault. Overall, the search for the cause of our leakage problem was carried out in a qualified, speedy and very customer-friendly manner.

After I was informed of an appointment for the locating service, it came over punctually (nowadays hardly graspable).
The employee, Mr. Taric Seltan, worked very well and quickly found the damaged area (crack in the sewage pipe upper floor).
