I must emphasize that Mr. Schmitt always takes time for the customer, responds to wishes and processes them very quickly, so that the next conversation does not take long. I was able to call Mr. Schmitt at any time and was also able to change appointments spontaneously on request without it becoming complicated or unpleasant.
Due to the effort he makes, the patience and the extra work that Mr. Schmitt does without being asked, I can recommend him to every other customer. A 10 out of 10.

We have had two meetings with Mr. Schmitt so far. He has always taken the time to answer all our questions at short notice. As the preparations in the new development area are delayed, it is currently difficult to estimate when the right time will be to conclude the house contract.
In contrast to some of our competitors, he did not urge us to conclude a contract as quickly as possible, but advised us to wait and see.
Overall, we found the discussions to be very pleasant, goal-oriented and competent. We can therefore highly recommend him.

The conversation with Mr. Schmitt was pleasant and open. Any questions we had were all answered. The advice was professional and detailed. Unfortunately, we didn't end up buying a house because we didn't have sufficient funds, but if it becomes possible, Mr. Schmitt will be our first point of contact.
