I like the way of learning, it sticks a lot and I can use it on the side.
However, I am currently evaluating an old course for which I had a CD. With the new course, unfortunately, I had no success with the audio files, I have not been able to pull them on my phone and therefore I have not used the course so far, which is of course completely stupid.
Therefore also the rating at Durchführung u d Rahmenbedingungen.

It is very motivating to learn Spanish with this method. I can choose my own learning time and pace. Meanwhile, I also have more confidence not to give grammar the importance I am used to when learning other foreign languages. It is really fun.

For me, with knowledge of French and Spanish, the method was perfect. I learned Italian in no time and with fun because it's just so fast. . I am totally enthusiastic and can really recommend the courses.

only for people with more technical experience - unfortunately without workbook get given and I do not get along so at all. the recorded instructions are not comprehensible to me. The spoken texts much too fast - I check unfortunately nothing and do not get along.

The courses are always accompanied by the workbook as a PDF. In the introduction, the Birkenbihl method is described in great detail. The 4 steps of the Birkenbihl method are very easy to understand and implement.

Hello, I like the language course very much. I am making great progress and enjoy learning.
My understanding of the language has improved a lot because of your method. For the first time I like to learn language continuously. Well, I also have a goal at the moment, as I will be traveling to an English speaking country for a 3 month period. Nevertheless, I like to learn and make progress. Your method fits my type of learning perfectly. Thank you.

The structure and implementation of the language course are very well thought out. The learning content is designed in sophisticated language, and thus appealing, and provided with interesting additional information.
The method itself is very unfamiliar and requires discipline like any learning content, but this is predictable if you have informed yourself beforehand.

I find the alternative method of language learning good and it is oriented more to lived practice than to memorizing vocabulary in school . Listening on the side, however, is sometimes technically not quite put into practice. But that's not because of the course 🙂

Compared to the language courses I have attended so far, learning the language is much easier.

In the usual language courses, the focus is on learning vocabulary and grammar. For the actual goal of understanding the language and being able to communicate, this is rather counterproductive.

- Methodology super, language remains more and more automatically in the head
- Different speeds and continuous loop adjustable
- Great price-performance ratio

Optimizable:
- clarity of the page, e.g. a "my courses" or similar after logging in would be good
- some lessons a bit too long and un-exciting in content
- lessons tend to be "mansplaining"-afflicted

I enjoy learning with the language course. Especially if you, like me, look back with horror at language learning in school, you experience an extremely positive surprise here. The language course is successful in every respect. The only thing that could have been better is the way in which the learning success is checked. And for prospective students it is important to know: The Birkenbihl language courses do not save time compared to conventional courses, but a lot of frustration. And that's why I'm happy to invest the time.

The grammar is missing. Especially with conjugation and the many exceptions compared to German, it would be necessary and useful to also deepen the grammar with practical examples.

Hi! The Birkenbihl Method does not use explicit grammar lessons. You learn by imitating the content. If you want to learn grammar explicitly, you are of course welcome to do so - but this is not required for the Birkenbihl method.

It is very inconvenient to log in to the website every time. An app where the audio files can be played - at any time - would be helpful.
The hurdle to actually sit down and look at the texts is great. There is a bit of a lack of motivation. Compared to other language apps that work in a more playful way, I find it hard to follow through with the language course. The method itself is very good.

I am particularly satisfied with the fact that I can study at my own pace. Since I'm on the road a lot, I sometimes don't get to study for weeks at a time. It always amazes me then how much of the lessons already learned has stuck despite the breaks. I can recommend the method.

I am enthusiastic about the Birkenbihl method. With little time investment, I already have learning successes after a short time and enjoy learning languages again. This will not be the last language I learn with the Birkenbihl method. However, I would like to see more languages on offer.
