The 5D match interview was a new and good experience. Unlike other recruiters, not only the purely technical details are asked here, but you also compare the mutual values (corporate culture, social behavior, benefits, etc...). It was a profound conversation in which you also question yourself and determine which points are important to you. In the end, this saves time on both sides (entrepreneur/applicant) and if the values match in the end, it is all the nicer.
