We have decided quite at short notice for TrauringShop24, because the mother in law has also ordered the wedding rings there. - It was definitely not a mistake!

Informed in advance by phone how the process takes place, everything was explained wonderfully and in addition the process was sent by mail on request.

Since we still had to determine the ring size, was in advance a small, nicely presented box with different ring sizes to try on.

In advance with the nice colleagues agreed that we may keep these longer than agreed, because the rings may not make it in time for the wedding.

After trial wear, we passed through the appropriate sizes a week (!) before the wedding and within a few days, the rings were ready and at our doorstep!

All in all:

I have chosen two engagement / wedding rings with my girlfriend here.
In advance, we received sample rings that we could wear for trial. (5 days time to return the sample rings).
The customer service was impeccable. Delivery of the engagement rings was scheduled for 4 weeks after confirming the ring size. However, the rings were delivered after only 3 weeks. The rings look super. The certificate for the authenticity of the rings is sent with the rings. The price / performance ratio is top, as we would have paid in various jewelry stores in Frankfurt a total of at least 300-1000, - EUR more.

The whole website is totally straightforward and very clear, my husband and I were very satisfied from the beginning, but with the customer service especially! Very helpful and very nice on the phone or even by mail, no long waiting time to respond. Just super :) !

Due to our short notice registry office appointment (4 weeks) we were very tight on time with the rings to choose.... We already had an appointment in a well-known jewelry chain. But there we were more than disappointed, no proper advice, wishes were not addressed, etc..
By chance we came across Trauring24 and thought, what do we have to lose? The offer with the sample rings sounded great. Also, the customer service was extremely FAST and competent on queries regarding loss of stones, delivery, etc. responded. Really TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Of course, we were afraid that the rings are not delivered in time before the start / made, because we everywhere only mitbekamen, delivery time and manufacture at least 4 weeks. At Trauring24 we could enter the registry office date and we were even offered a special solution with express shipping! The rings arrived in the end now after about 2 weeks today. They are perfect! We opted for the ring sizing service. We can only warmly recommend this to everyone, as we would definitely have chosen the wrong size without it. The sample rings arrived quickly after we placed the order. We tested for several days and simply passed on the desired sizes by mail. The rings fit like a glove!!!!!
So all thumbs up. Nice contact, fast processing and the rings were even ready a good 1 week earlier than announced.

It was supposed to be a surprise for the already booked silver wedding trip, but I just couldn't find suitable replacement rings for the wedding rings [...] lost in the course of the last 25 years....

Ordinary, boring and uninteresting I saw everywhere; until I came across the address of TrauringShop24 (Trendseller) in the middle of the night.

Tasteful, individual and modern they should be and with two to three e-mails the next day I could quickly clarify my wishes and all other necessary information about the found rings as well as the order.

Even the short-term production with engraving work on the inside and outside of the rings; the delivery time and the change from the in-house standard shipping UPS to DHL express parcel were no problem at all.

It only took a full 7 days and two beautiful rings arrived on time before we left.

I was thrilled and my wedding day surprise succeeded....
