Good coffee taste is not witchcraft! - The company Kaffee-Müller has seen itself as an ambassador of "pleasure" for 15 years now. Deeply rooted in the Kaskelkiez, near the Ostkreuz train station in Berlin, the company has made a name for itself not only in the capital, but in Brandenburg and also nationwide for Saeco coffee machines.
Very friendly staff, fast processing and execution of repairs or maintenance and helpful advice on the care of the coffee machine.
This workshop is highly recommended!
I brought my 11-year-old fully automatic coffee machine to Kaffee-Müller for cleaning and overhaul on the recommendation of a friend, even though the price of 130€ for maintenance is relatively high.
In any case, the machine is now a little quieter and continues to make good coffee. The staff was friendly and the services were explained transparently from the start.
A coffee aunt like me was "horrified" that my DeLonghi broke after six years. I had already almost clicked the button for a new one, when I rather looked for a workshop. And I found it in the Türrschmidtstr. in Berlin - Lichtenberg at Kaffee Müller.
Friendly advice, fast service and conciliatory price!!! A new machine costs 7 times as much.
And finally - the coffee is perfect again!!!

My Jura coffee machine no longer worked. After I had hired another company in Berlin and was so dissatisfied I found to my great joy Kaffee Müller. Am super satisfied and can recommend them to everyone.
Every process is immediately confirmed/documented by mail. Very professional handling, even if the workshop looks rather "shirt-sleeved". KVA after a few hours by mail, repair of my ECM portafilter within 48h!!! Absolutely benchmark! And my portafilter purrs after the repair at Kaffee Müller again as on the first day :-)
P.S. At other Berlin ECM dealers z.T. appointments only in 2 months!!! Or immediately hand over and then wait for the repair without a concrete time frame (can take several weeks). Does not go at all!
We are totally thrilled with the honest service from Kaffee Müller. They really only repair what is defective, and they do it quickly and reliably. We're happy that we didn't buy a new machine right away, but will certainly have something from ours for a while yet. We will gladly turn to Kaffee Müller again with confidence!
I am very satisfied in all respects. After I used my Gastroback Advanced pro G (after about 10 years of intensive daily use) the last two years only as a coffee grinder because a repair shop wanted 250 €, a next in the, GreifswalderStrasse 210, even told me "...so we do not repair ...". It was too bad to throw away -> searched on the Internet -> found Kaffee Müller -> price performance, , service, advice-----> Super! Thank you.
