Ich bin super glücklich, da ich mein Haus zum Höchstpreis mithilfe von Herr von Kathen verkaufen konnte. Der Verkaufspreis lag sogar 15% über meinem angepeilten Verkaufspreis, den ich so im Kopf hatte. Somit kann ich von Kathen nur weiterempfehlen. Abwicklung war sehr einfach für mich, da ich zeitlich immer relativ gut eingespannt bin. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Ich bin auf die von Kathen Immobilienmakler durch eine Werbeanzeige aufmerksam geworden. Da ich in den letzten Monaten äußerst negative Erfahrungen mit größeren, bekannten Portalen habe machen müssen, wollte ich aufgrund des sympathischen Auftretens mal einen Versuch wagen. Meine Frau und ich wurden mehr als begeistert. Von dem ersten Kontakt an bis hin zur finalen Hausvermittlung - wir sind rundum glücklich. Wir wollten unser altes Haus zu einem guten und fairen Preis an "passende" Neueigentümer verkaufen und genau das hat Herr von Kathen mit seinem Team geschafft. Von Herzen danke dafür.
