I can really recommend the training at AREA3SIXTY to everyone. The combination of wireless EMS paired with varied workouts from the CrossFit area (or with other courses optionally with a focus on cardio or strength training) in compact and extremely effective sessions just works great. After about 20 - 25 minutes of training at AREA3SIXTY you feel as if you had spent two hours with conventional training in a 08/15 gym. In addition, you save a lot of time and are much more motivated to come to the gym regularly, because 20 - 25 minutes before or after work can be integrated into your daily routine much more easily than any other (serious) training method I know. In addition, the atmosphere in the studio is simply great: super-nice and competent staff, relaxed training partners, training in small groups or even 1on1, flexibility in class scheduling, comprehensive all-round service (you practically only have to bring yourself to the training, everything else such as tracksuit, drinks, towels or care products are already available and you can also simply leave your own sports shoes).
In short, if I hadn't already been a member for almost a year, I would have signed up again. Keep it up!
