In the five weeks of "Buteyko mentoring" I have been able to make further progress, both in the increase of "KP value" from 18 to 30,
Improvement in the athletic field -endurance sports- by exclusive nasal breathing, also healthwise I feel better.
The exchange in the course and the additional exercises keep up the motivation and thus have an additional support effect.
For your loving care I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I discovered the Buteyko method for myself when I was looking for a way to get my high blood pressure under control in a natural way.
Nevertheless, a few days ago I experienced a setback in the sense that the values from the morning until the early evening were not below RR 180/100
from the morning until the early evening!
Then I remembered exercises from Maria's migraine course, which I had booked more out of curiosity, and performed the twenty-minute rest meditation:
Pleasant voice accompaniment with beautiful affirmations, sounds and the rhythm of breathing - wonderfully combined!
And lo and behold, the values went down to RR 136/78- a good number for my 67 years.
Since then I have been doing the exercise daily.
Again a reason to thank you, I can only recommend this course as well, especially for people in a similar situation.
