The short videos make editing easier, as the course can be divided up well and you don't have to work on everything in one piece. This also makes it easier to find individual chapters again and look them up in everyday life. The two experts have a very good and structured presentation, the topics are explained understandably.

The leadership bootcamp is well structured. Various methods are taught which help with the assumption of leadership responsibility. However, it is a prefabricated online seminar. A contact seminar in presence has a much higher quality.

The seminar is in places quite overloaded with information. I think that after two or three repetitions the information will be more solid. The good thing is that it can be called up again and again.
Otherwise, I find Axel very authentic and well explanatory. I could have listened to you both much longer. Great team!!!!!

Axel and Sonja have curated a sound and accurate overview including individual measures on this really important topic in their course Avoiding Burnout in Employees.
The accompanying workbook is helpful and can be worked on individually but also together as a team.
I particularly like the fact that although the course is so comprehensive, it also addresses very individual causes of those affected. After all, there is no one true recipe for such an individual disease.
I was able to rethink many clichés and have developed a better understanding of team members thanks to the course.

So dear Axel, then I like to give my feedback. I am currently in bootcamp at week 7 and am working through the extra courses. To describe it in one word: HAMMER!

So much valuable knowledge which is applicable 1:1 for such a price is priceless. I have been able to give a lot to my team and their performance has changed drastically in the last 6 weeks. I am also seeing a concrete transformation in myself. I was also able to clarify the situations we had discussed via email and coach from the bottom up. It took a few attempts, but then my superiors checked and changed.

For this also a big THANK YOU to you.

I was also asked what happened to me, I was suddenly different, I pitch then only and say that I have an excellent FK coach and just run through his boot camp 😉
