Dear Be-Ro-Ma team, we are super satisfied with your work. Short call to you - immediately got a timely on-site appointment with detailed advice and immediately thereafter also an appointment for the installation of new shutters and maintenance of the old ones. Other service providers didn't have time for us for months and estimated costs that made you drool. Their estimate was very fair. You were super responsive to each of our individual customer requests. Your friendly and well-coordinated team installed the shutters quickly and was also immediately on the mat again when an older shutter gave up the ghost weeks later. Great service, top customer orientation at fair prices. We are happy.

Agreements were kept. The advice and coordination very professional.
The company appeared in clean work clothes and was excellently equipped with tools.
Very friendly professionals who completed their tasks quickly and safely. The work was handed over and the work site was left clean, all packaging and waste was taken away.
I am "all around" satisfied and can recommend the company BE-RO-MA and would like to thank them in this way.

Appointment allocation was quick, I was advised in detail and all my questions were clarified understandingly even if I had very often questions. One was not annoyed by it, but much more pleased about the interest. The products in the showroom were always all presented to me and presented. These are people who enjoy their job and do it with passion. Only good things came out of it. We are super happy with this company it is highly recommended

Very quick contact and very prompt appointment. Craftsman was on time, seemed professional and reliable, No unnecessary waiting to gain more time. Only very high accessory / spare parts prices for spontaneous on-site requests (eg 80€ for a belt rewinder - on the Internet 5€ - 20€ To buy). Nevertheless, I would highly recommend the company BE-RO-MA.

As we are a master company, we also work only with efficient and qualitative brand products. Quite different from what you would find in a traditional hardware store or from the internet. The products from the Internet or from the hardware store do not last as long as ours. Their quality is lacking and they would show damages more often and faster. In the long run, you would have to pay much deeper in your pocket with the products than with ours. Unfortunately, quality sometimes has its price, otherwise we would love to offer it at a lower price.
But quality is very important to us.
