Am Anfang fühlte ich mich als One-Person Startup überfordert, weil ich ein neues Unternehmen war und das Thema Fulfillment für mich völlig neu war.

Das Team von Beckmann war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war großartig. Alle Probleme wurden schnell gelöst und ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Einführungsprozesses sicher. Die Preise sind höher als bei anderen Fulfillment Anbietern, die ich kontaktiert habe, wenn die Leistung so bleibt, aber fair.

Alle Beckmann Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, hatten ein offenes Ohr für meine Anliegen und gaben mir die richtigen Ratschläge für mein Beauty Startup. Der Start war einfach, und das Team hatte Verständnis für die Verzögerungen und Lieferantenprobleme , mit denen mein neues Unternehmen zu kämpfen hatte.

Pro: Der persönliche Service und Einsatz sowie die Geschwindigkeit im Versand gefallen unserem Team sehr. Seit Start vor ca. 4 Monaten gab es noch keinen Versandfehler.

Contra: Wählerisch bei der Kundenauswahl. Derzeit alle Standorte in Deutschland aber schneller weltweiter Versand

Fazit: Beckmann Fulfillment können wir für Supplements und D2C Beauty Brands sehr empfehlen.
