Birte hat mich als Vorbereitung auf die Geburt meines Kindes mit Hypnose unterstützt. Nach einem kurzen Warm-up - bisher hatte ich noch keine Erfahrungen mit Hypnose- ging es ganz gezielt um meine individuelle Situation und sie hat mich fantastisch mit ihrer Expertise auf meinem ganz eigenen Weg begleitet. Mit ihrer einfühlsamen Art hat sie mir geholfen, mich wieder ganz auf mich und das Baby zu besinnen und uns gemeinsam auf die Geburt einzustimmen. Von Anfang bis zum Ende unserer Sitzung habe ich mich super gut aufgehoben gefühlt - bei einer virtuellen Sitzung nicht selbstverständlich. Birtes Coaching hat mich vor der Geburt noch einmal super positiv bestärkt und so ganz sicher zu meinem positiven Geburtserlebnis beigetragen.

Ich hatte seit ca 1,5. Jahren Schlafstörungen. Nachts wachte ich mit Herzrasen auf und konnte durch den Adrenalinschub stundenlang nicht wieder einschlafen. Birte hat mir an Hand zweier unterschiedlicher Hypnosemethoden geholfen dieses Problem zu lösen. Seit 4 Wochen schlafe ich wieder durch und bin dadurch wieder leistungsfähiger, geduldiger mit meinen Kindern und aktiver. Bitte ist sehr einfühlsam auf mich eingegangen, wodurch ich mich sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt habe. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung und würde es jederzeit wieder machen.
