All in all, I am very satisfied! Of course there are differences between the trainers, but this is also an advantage, especially after some time (when you already know what is important in the exercises), because every trainer naturally does it a little differently.
Due to my high level of satisfaction, I can only think of a few suggestions for improvement:
- more flexibility in the choice of studios (i.e. to be able to book another Bodystreet studio if necessary, SCW, Linzer Straße, Vienna if traveling, etc.).
- Due to my job (self-employed) I can often only book at very short notice, which basically works well via the app. I would appreciate it if there was also the option of managing "catch-up units" myself (which supposedly no longer exists in general, which, by the way, has not been communicated). I've hardly missed any weeks so far - apart from Corona - but it could well happen due to work or illness that I'm unable to attend for a week but don't know this in the previous week. What do I do then? I can live with the fact that weeks are deducted if I can not (and this also can not communicate in the previous week), but I want to be able to make up for these hours!!!!
