A well-maintained and clean studio with cheerful and competent trainers. I am greeted by name and am not just one of thousands of members like at the gym! The training sessions start on time and my wishes are taken into account!
Appointments can be booked via an app or arranged at the counter. Since I go straight from work to training, I have booked the comfort service and am provided with fresh training clothes and socks for each appointment (recently even with a personal note) 😊 Conclusion: I enjoy coming to training and everyone can manage 20 minutes per week, even with a stressful everyday life (the studio is also open long enough).

I've been going to Body Street on Weberwiese for "ages". The weekly appointment is a fixed part of my week in normal times and something I really miss a lot during lockdown. Also because my back and shoulder pain simply returned without EMS.
The team is simply great, always fun and competent. The training sessions are very individual and the team of trainers asks for and implements your wishes before each session. This makes it possible to achieve your own goals. As I am very busy at work, the effective training is actually the best solution for me - especially with regard to my goal: freedom from pain for everyday life through targeted muscle building.
