Ich bin seit "ewigen" Jahren bei Body Street an der Weberwiese. Der wöchentliche Termin ist in normalen Zeiten ein fester Bestandteil meiner Woche und etwas, was ich im Lockdown wirklich sehr vermisse. Auch, da meine Rücken- und Schulterschmerzen ohne EMS einfach wieder zurück sind.
Das Team ist einfach super, immer lustig und kompetent. Die Trainings sind sehr individuell und Wünsche werden vom Trainerteam vor jeder Einheit abgefragt und umgesetzt. So sind die eigenen Ziele realisierbar. Da ich beruflich sehr eingespannt bin, ist das effektive Training tatsächlich die beste Lösung für mich - vor allem im Hinblick auf mein Ziel: Schmerzfreiheit für den Alltag durch gezielten Muskelaufbauf.

Man fühlt sich sehr umsorgt und wird vielfältig zu seiner Gesundheit während und auch neben des Trainings beraten. Zudem erreicht man so gut wie immer jemanden, der einen bei Fragen zur Seite steht. Seit meinem Wechsel zu Bodystreet habe ich ganz neue Motivation für den Sport gefunden.

Die Trainer sind Klasse, super nett und gehen optimal auf meine Bedürfnisse ein.
Ich bin sehr traurig das es zur Zeit nicht möglich ist zu trainieren, meinem Rücken und mir fehlt es sehr, ich hoffe das Studio und das Team kommt über diese schwere Zeit und ich hoffe sehr dass man bald wieder trainieren kann.
