I like the electric cribs. Even though I save time, I still feel like I've exercised. The fact that I don't need my own sports clothes that I have to wash myself is a great plus. A second shower, more hot water in winter would be nice. I would like them to give electrodes an impulse half a second before the exercise so that I could get ready better.

When I return to my everyday life after my workout at Bodystreet Gersthof, I am much more efficient, productive and in a better mood! Apart from the fact that I'm losing weight really well, I notice that I have more strength and that I simply feel better physically!
The Bodystreet team in Gersthof is competent and very friendly! I can really recommend everyone to give themselves these 20 minutes and do something good for themselves in the long term!
