I have been with Bodystreet in Hemmingen for almost two years and I still enjoy going to the gym every week. My back pain is gone and I see the training success!
I like the overall concept of Bodystreet - 20 minute workout and very effective exercises. The staff is very competent and friendly. And the fun factor is not neglected either.
The appointment arrangement works flawlessly. If you want to postpone an appointment, that's no problem at all. That's really great. All the trainers are super, super nice. Thank you for that.
Respect for the individual personality of each person, his physical and holistic constitution - no mass operation!
The only criticism: Classical or meditative music instead of pop entertainment music would be more beneficial!
I (66 years) train since August 2019 once a week at Bodystreet in Hemmingen and am very satisfied with the result.I am actually not the sports enthusiast type, but the training is fun - which is also due to the very friendly and competent staff - and I continue to stay. Little effort, but a good result for my health and my body.
