Even before you book brainymotion, you can test the software and thus see whether this training would suit you or not, which I found extremely helpful! The support is very good, the access worked flawlessly. The videos are very well spoken, not boring, pleasant voice, it is explained very well! If you need help, the coach is immediately on hand and they also help and explain all very well! You can practice at the same time or offset with, just as you like

Compared to classic classroom training, I would not recommend the BM concept, as there are still planned self-study phases to pass the exams. The handouts are also not suitable for re-learning. With remote training I expect 24/7 access, especially when advertised with free time management, which is unfortunately not the case.

Ms. Barbara Burkert manages to convey even the most complex software topics in a calm, understanding and yet extremely competent manner. She takes the participants with her, responds to everyone and still keeps an eye on the "timetable". In addition, it is fun to learn from her - anytime and gladly again.

The very experienced trainer was able to convey her knowledge very well to the participants. She answered questions in detail. In the case that the Microsoft documents were not correct, she always found ways to convey the topic otherwise.

The Microsoft documents as well as exercises seem to be a bit poor for the course. Non-functioning examples or lack of documentation could be found again and again. The virtual machines run a bit slow and except for the fact that a few downloads had to be done, they worked.

I still give the course 5 stars, because the trainer was able to "circumnavigate" all the difficulties.

I enjoyed the training very much. The videos are very well structured, all steps are explained in detail. The coaches were there to help and advise with any questions or problems. I especially liked the power breaks, in which selected topics were discussed in more detail and you also learned one or two tricks.

Now that the training is almost over, I come to the verdict "highly recommended". It is exhausting to train MS Office intensively for 7 weeks but the result speaks for itself. After initial skepticism about the training method, I am now convinced. I really got a lot out of the training. Very nice the experience in the training center of brainymotion: I felt very welcome and the whole team is super friendly and helpful. The trainer assistants are competent and even after the 20th question they are happy to help! From me there is gladly the full score!

One could learn a lot of new things. I have been working with Excel and PPT for a very long time, but I was still able to learn something.
From time to time the exercise files did not match with the mentioned files in the video. This is a bit confusing at times. Every now and then videos were also blurry, which made tracking difficult at times.
