Recommendation
As a prospective buyer, I am currently evaluating a mixed-use residential and commercial building being marketed by Century 21 Bendfeldt. Working with Mr. Bendfeldt has been a very pleasant experience.

Documentation: Unusually comprehensive and well-organized: rental overview, floor plans, information on the redevelopment area, and an energy plan with funding options. This allowed me to quickly get a sense of the property.

Communication: Friendly, prompt, and on an equal footing. After I provided written feedback, Mr. Bendfeldt called me on his own initiative and took the time for a detailed discussion.

Transparency: He spoke openly about the property’s unique features, including aspects that don’t speak in its favor. That builds trust.

Commitment: You can tell that he stands by his clients while also seeking a fair solution for both sides. Keep up the good work!

Wow, that was quick (in three weeks!), Mr. Bendfeldt, that you and your great team sold the end-of-terrace house of our "favorite neighbors" in Lübeck, and at a sensational price! Both sides (buyer and seller) appreciate your fair approach in the tradition of a Hanseatic merchant. If we ever want to sell our house, you can be sure of our business! We are already looking forward to our new "favorite neighbors"! Thank you.

Mr. Bendfeldt gave us excellent advice. We felt we were in good hands throughout the entire sale of our house. The interpersonal contact was also very pleasant. The proceeds far exceeded our expectations (which were based on the estimates of five different real estate agents). In retrospect, we admire his skillful marketing of our property.
In a nutshell, he was always available, always friendly, very competent, and absolutely reliable. @Mr. Bendfeldt—thank you again for your commitment.

CENTURY 21 Bendfeldt Immobilien Comment from CENTURY 21 Bendfeldt Immobilien:
Dear Bruno,

Thank you very much for your feedback on our personal conversation at our office in Dorotheenstrasse Hamburg Winterhude.

You made the following request:

***
"I am a student at the Johanneum in Hamburg and am currently working on a project as part of my career orientation.
As I am very interested in the profession of real estate agent, I wanted to ask you to give me 15 minutes of your time to answer a few questions about the state of the real estate industry and running a business in it. I am particularly interested in what challenges your company is facing and what your goals are for the future. I am flexible regarding the type of short Q&A session (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)."
***

We then met in our office and had a very pleasant and intensive conversation for just under an hour.

The content of your questions was clear and structured and I found you to be a very pleasant and polite conversation partner.

You also had the opportunity to understand and get to know our marketing concept on the system side:

*Exposé for a solid Frisian house
*Viewing the professional photos
*Capture of the text structure for the target group of buyers
*360* C-inspection (virtual tour)

So you are always welcome and we are happy to give you the FIVE star rating.

..... A little insider at the end: The big castling comes in the course of the game!
