I found the interface between the ImmScout24 platform and then getting in touch with you personally very tedious and cumbersome. It would be nice if something could be improved at this point.

Communication by email is always fast and friendly, but we needed a little more patience on the phone. We were surprised by the craftsmen we met during our multiple viewings. We always encountered a friendly, helpful and highly motivated team.

Will recommend Century 21 because they have good products. Although the feedback is quite long and it is difficult to contact the contact person directly and quickly. Most of the time you have to write an email or call the office phone, but most of the time they are not there and can only be reached at the reception. But at least later someone will answer the question.
