After I decided to sell my house, I knew from the beginning that I would like to hire family Altenhöner (Century 21) as a broker. It was a very short guest appearance 😊 and definitely the right decision, because after 10 hours on Facebook, was on 22.06.2023 the first viewing and the house reserved directly that evening and on 11.07.2023 was also already the notarization. Kerstin and Björn continue to have an open ear for me and help at any time. I feel very well taken care of and am very grateful to you, Kerstin and Björn. I am glad I could meet Yannic, he is a great and honest consultant, he speaks excellent English which made it easier for us to communicate during the German bureaucracy. A wonderful realtor, who -in contrast to other realtors- had taken the most time around my
apartment sale had taken. And that also with success, because I could sell the apartment
I could sell with a much higher value than first assumed.

The real estate prices of the other brokers mentioned for the sale, on the other hand, were lower.

Thus a real recommendation for Altenhöner!

Small downer: The Nordhorn office is rarely open.
