The handling of my now new property went smoothly. The back office got back to me quickly and communication was good.

After I bought the property and paid the estate agent's fee,
after a few months of ownership transfer, I noticed that the value in the exposé did not correspond to reality. The real value would have been a co-criterion for me. I then wrote to the office in a friendly manner, but never received a reply.
