Susanne Sperrhake

Susanne’s adaptive, highly personalized coaching made a significant difference in my growth, especially during a challenging period in my professional journey.
What I value most about Susanne is her unique ability to shift your perspective without ever imposing a direction. Through a strong sense of the individual in front of her, she creates the space for you to step outside the immediate situation, see things differently, and ultimately find your own way forward aligned with your values, strengths, and intent. She helps you rediscover clarity and confidence from within, which stays with you well beyond the coaching session.
Susanne brings a wonderful balance of empathy, honesty, intuition, and constructive challenge. I came away from our conversations not only with a different perspective on the situations around me, but also with a deeper understanding of myself and how I want to navigate them.
I am genuinely grateful for the impact she has had on my journey and would wholeheartedly recommend Susanne to anyone looking for a coach who can meet them where they are, challenge them thoughtfully, and help them move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Weiter so. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

I would absolutely recommend working with Susanne, especially if you are interested of improving Leadership skills or gaining on this topic. She has big picture understanding how people and companies function and how individuals react and behave within these environments. I have chosen Susanne due to her impressive CV and I was very happy, because it was visible during coaching sessions, that she was combining theory knowledge with her rich actual real-life experience and connecting it to the situations I brough to the sessions. The connection between theory and practice is very important. After each coaching session I have received additional material to check in my free time, to further learn about the specific topic which we talked about.

She is a wonderful coach and absolute expert in providing the service of coaching.
