The wheels handed over were in impeccable condition. The pickup and return of the wheels took place according to the previously agreed appointment on time and quickly. The involved employees of Elbe Rad Touristik were in a pleasant way customer-oriented, helpful and have behaved absolutely professional.

Recommendation
I was from 14 - 20.05.2023 from Görlitz to Frankfurt (Oder) on the Oder-Neisse cycle path. 1 A bike path, all asphalted, on the Neisse hautpsächlich, birds, frogs, nature. Most impressive I found the lignite open pit mine (archive / museum in Forst), Klingensee. And you can also make a side trip to an active coal mine. The hotels all immaculate (bed, shower), the people very friendly, even on the road and very helpful.

Recommendation
The selected hotel is located directly at the park and castle. For the bikes there is a locked room with access from the parking lot. Guided tours of the park are offered by the hotel. The route descriptions are extremely precise. Very interesting and eventful landscape. We learned a lot about the post-mining landscape through an excursion to the Welzow open pit mine. All in all a very nice trip, only the rhododendron bloom was not so far this year.

The bike tour was very nice. The hotels they booked were all close to the bike path and easy to reach. However, we did not like the accommodation in Melnik.
With the help of the good maps, we never had trouble finding the bike path.

We were satisfied with the documents, with the hotels 80%.
1. the hotel Zlata Stika had given us a terrible room (there was just enough room for the suitcase). On complaint we got a somewhat larger one, also against surcharge they did not want to give us another one (although it had almost no guests). This hotel should be removed from the list.
2. hotel Helvetia: The reception for the room key is a separate building about 300-400m away from the hotel, only written as reception. You have to get the key yourself and check in there. (after 6h hiking this led to discussions).

Thank you for your interest in our judgment.
Here is our feedback.
Overall, we enjoyed the trip very much. All hotels except for Gasthof Bergbauer in Neuburg were to our complete satisfaction. The staff at Gasthof Bergbauer was really very nice,
However, this could not console us about the condition of the room. The shower stall unfortunately had mold in the corners and the bed was completely through so we were satisfied that we only had to spend one night here. If you like I can send you a photo of the shower.
Nevertheless, we had a very nice vacation and would book a trip through you again at any time.

Recommendation
We had, again, a wonderfull vacation with Elbe Rad Touristik. This was our fourth vacation with this organization and we are planning for a fifth. This year they made our vacation complete by mediating between their organization and a sister-organization and they did an excellent job. You can call them day and night during your trip and get the help you need. Alway nice and clean hotels and friendly people everywhere. The information and route guide is excellent and clear and easy to follow. Getting lost is impossible! We are looking forward to our next trip!

Very good organization. Everything worked out very well. The hotels were all good through the bank, some very good. The luggage transfer worked excellently. The stages had a pleasant length, which left enough time to look around extensively on the way and also at the destination. However, one stage was clearly too short at 39km. The only runaway. Mid-September seems to be quite late for the Elbe, however. On the trip, many refreshment stops were already closed. Otherwise, a great trip and an unconditional recommendation.

Recommendation
The selected overnight stays were almost always in interesting places, so that there was the possibility of sightseeing after arrival. The rooms were always very spacious except for the one in Hamburg, the quality was consistently good to very good. All in all, we were completely satisfied and will definitely cycle again with Elbe Rad Touristik (e.g. from the source of the Elbe to Dresden).

Recommendation
I was on the road from Prague to Hamburg for three and a half weeks. I always felt safe because I could trust the services. The bikes were strong and reliable, the hotels excitingly selected. The administrative concerns were handled without any problems. The good cooperation with Elbe-Rad-Touristik was well felt.
I had some trouble finding the hotels based on the descriptions, there might be a little room for improvement.
