Von den verschiedenen Angeboten, die wir eingeholt haben, entsprach das von enerix genau unseren Vorstellungen. Wir wollten z.B. keinen chinesischen Wechselrichter. Die Beratung durch Hrn. C. war fachlich fundiert, erfolgte sehr zeitnah, preislich kam man uns entgegen. Die Installation erfolgte fachgerecht, sorgfältig und sehr kurzfristig. Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit den Solateuren und Elektrikern. Gemäß unseren Erfahrungen können wir die Fa. enerix weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine Photovoltaik Anlage aufgrund einer Empfehlung bei Enerix Neuss, Herrn Cetin, planen und bauen lassen. Lieferung war wie vereinbart pünktlich und die Montage durch die Teams waren sauber, super und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kein Dreck oder offene Arbeiten hinterlassen - vorbildlich muss ich wirklich lassen. Die Erklärungen zur Technik und Nutzung waren sehr hilfreich für mich und haben anderen Anbieter sehr unterschieden. Enerix ist empfehlenswert und ich würde bei Elektroanliegen mit Enerix arbeiten. Viele Grüße aus Bedburg

We would probably classify ourselves as rather critical customers and therefore had a lot of questions in the run-up to the project. Our contact person at ENERIX / ETM - Ms. Krüger - was always very friendly and patient. After weeks, when we had decided on a system with 10.9 KWp and 13.2 KWh storage, the installation was carried out quickly by a friendly and competent team under the coordination of Mr. Hohlbein and the system was ready for operation after two days. In the days that followed, the team responded quickly to any apparent or real problems and, if necessary, remedied them immediately. We can recommend ENERIX / ETM.

Very fast (one day), tidy, problem-oriented (routing of the roof to the cellar) installation of the PV system together with battery storage and conversion of the fuse cabinet.
Strict adherence to the quoted price.
Very good and understandable advice with presentation of alternatives before the offer was made.

Of all the offers, the one from enerix Neuss was the best. The advice was great, all questions were answered very easily and repeatedly.

Comprehensive, friendly and competent advice. The system design suits our situation. It took just 3 working days from placing the order to the installation of the system ready for operation. The installation team is incredibly well organized, friendly and happy to answer questions during installation.

Not persuaded, but convinced!
1st information evening - I thought it was great, you got to see the hall with the hardware and all questions were answered competently.
2nd consultation - it wasn't a "sales pitch", but was well prepared and individual questions and circumstances were addressed.
3. implementation - I was surprised that all trades were on site at the same time. No "waiting for the other". Here, too, advice was given and individual and spontaneous improvements were suggested, simply great
4th handover - What can I say, everything was perfect
5. conclusion - It was a great decision to implement the project with Enerix company ETM GmbH Neuss and I am completely satisfied.

I became aware of the company through an installation in our neighborhood in Grevenbroich-Elsen. Fast & communication with Mr. Cetin and proper project implementation by the team made me extremely satisfied. The decisive factor was also the short-term implementation, which was made possible for me on request. The tradesmen were quick and left everything clean. The electricians' solution regarding the meter cupboard and the electrics as a whole is impressive.

We received excellent advice from Mr. Cetin and were also very well looked after during installation and instruction. The installation was carried out extremely quickly. Both the roof and the electrical team were very competent, reliable and friendly.

The company enerix installed a PV system with storage for my son in 2022. Due to his good experience with the local craftsmen and especially with the very competent advice from Mr. Cetin, I decided to go with enerix without any further information. In addition, my son's PV system had been in operation since 2022 and the electricity generation values forecast at the time were also realistic.
My PV system has been running since September 2023 without any problems. I was also extremely satisfied with the entire process (planning, installation, registration with Westnetz, etc.). Even long after the PV system was commissioned, Mr. Cetin was and is still available to answer my questions. A big thank you for this!
I can recommend enerix without reservation.
