Consulting & Planning: Our personal contact, Mr. Murat Cetin, provided us with comprehensive advice and transparent information; even when we made some last-minute changes, he had an immediate solution ready.

Tradespeople & Installation: Huge praise to the entire team—whether scaffolders, installers, or electricians, everyone was always on site well ahead of schedule and incredibly fast. The work was done neatly, and after installation, the property was completely cleaned up and all debris was removed.

Service & Administrative Support: The registration with the grid operator was handled entirely by them. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Murat Cetin: He was even there in person on the day of the final inspection and filled out the last few details for us.

From the initial consultation through to the installation and commissioning of our PV system, we felt we were in very good hands at Enerix Neuss.

We’d especially like to highlight **Mr. Krüger**: an exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused representative. Our conversations were always very pleasant; he was always available to answer questions, and whenever something needed to be clarified or resolved, he handled it quickly, efficiently, and with a focus on finding solutions. A big shout-out also goes to the **roof installation team and its three technicians**. Rarely have we encountered tradespeople who were so professional, neat, and thorough, while also being friendly and pleasant to work with. Necessary coordination was addressed early on, and pragmatic, effective solutions were always found for any issues that arose. It simply felt very reassuring to have the three of them working in our home and on the roof.

During **commissioning and training** as well, Mr. Krüger and the team took plenty of time and explained everything clearly. As a result, now that the work is complete, we feel confident that we understand our system and can operate it safely.

I was particularly impressed by the very personalized and tailored advice. I had given the matter a lot of thought beforehand and drafted a detailed inquiry. During our in-person meeting—after the consultant had assessed the situation firsthand—all of my concerns were fully addressed and answered; the proposal was perfectly tailored to my needs, and I decided to proceed with it. The implementation was very quick and professional.

From the very beginning, we felt we were getting excellent advice, and the project went off without a hitch thanks to the highly competent team. The fact that we were able to start generating electricity so quickly was a huge bonus.

The installers are reliable and skilled, and they perform the system installation neatly. Customer service representatives are always available by phone, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We made an appointment on site at the beginning of October to find out about a PV system and decided to install it after a detailed consultation. The company is competent, friendly and well structured. It didn't take long for the system to be installed and put into operation. We are completely satisfied with everything from planning to implementation.

Installing a PV system is definitely one of the best decisions we have made in recent years. It is a wonderful feeling to see that we can generate our daily electricity consumption from solar energy and thus become sustainable and independent of electricity providers.
The PV system is also an essential building block for becoming independent of fossil fuels in combination with the heat pump.
