I am completely satisfied with M'OCEAN Reisen und Meer GmbH. The communication was very friendly, fast and reliable right from the start. Ms. Niemeyer in particular always took the time to patiently answer all questions and explain everything in detail.

You can tell that they work with passion and heart - the service is personal, honest and competent. Even last-minute requests were dealt with immediately, and as a customer you really feel that you are in good hands.

I can recommend this travel agency without reservation and will definitely book my next trips through M'OCEAN again.

I met Mrs. Niemeyer at the travel fair in Saarbrücken 2025 at the stand of M Ocean Reisen-until then I didn't know that there were cruise specialists-she loves her job and knows what you should know as a solo traveler on a ship because she often does that even if for her work so she could also offer me ships that I didn't know yet and also gave me information where I should book excursions and what I can do on my own. you need a cruise specialist for this because she knows something like this a normal travel agency does not make this effort - so my experience - I have often recommended her because I feel in good hands

We booked our trip to Mauritius by phone and email. Ms. Niemeyer put her heart and soul into it and catered to our individual wishes. We also received information and personal tips and recommendations on a number of excursion destinations. We felt well advised all round, experienced an uncomplicated and fast organization and are already looking forward to this vacation 😊

M'Ocean Reisen can be recommended one hundred percent. Very nice and competent advice in advance. There are clearly professionals at work here. We had booked a group tour through Alaska. Everything went smoothly. They really take care of everything, thanks to Gerlinde and Robert Liersch........and of course the whole crew in the background did a great job. World class

An EXTRA class travel agency. Here the customer is still king, time is taken and the customer's needs are listened to. The destinations then selected perfectly match the customer's wishes. We were spoiled for choice afterwards..... A calm and relaxed atmosphere already creates vacation anticipation in the travel agency.
I will definitely recommend the travel agency and it deserves at least 5 stars.
