The advice and booking in advance as well as the handling were flawless as always.
However, I unfortunately broke my ankle during my last vacation and needed an assistance service at the airport in Crete and in Berlin for the return flight. While the local tour guide dismissed me rather tersely, Reisebüro Schöne took care of my request immediately and confirmed a wheelchair service at both airports within 24 hours. That's how service works! Thank you once again!
