The hotel they suggested was better than expected. The travel agency isn't responsible for the difficulties caused by third parties...""" . On the outbound flight, we were given a plane that was too small; 50 passengers had to “voluntarily” give up their seats....??? This caused a significant delay because the checked bags of those who gave up their seats had to be removed from the cargo hold.
Return flight... Arrived at Schönefeld minutes before “” closing time. No staff left on site??? Waited 1 hour on the boarding stairs and in the aisle, which meant an endless wait for our luggage as well. Picked up at the airport at 12:00 p.m., then left Schönefeld Airport at 12:45 a.m.... 13 hours from A to B.... Hardly any, if any, taxis left. Public transportation wasn’t running either... EasyJet was really borderline....

The two-star rating for “Execution” likely refers to the actual course of your trip, particularly the issues with the flights, the long wait at the airport, and the delayed baggage claim.

On ProvenExpert, customers can rate individual categories separately, such as quality, advice, execution, and customer service. “Execution” in this context likely describes your experience with how the trip was handled—not just our advice or the booking process itself, which is actually what the review is intended to assess.

Since, according to your description, the difficulties you mentioned were caused by the airline and airport procedures, this aspect was beyond our direct control.
