The ladies really went out of their way—it was a wonderful feeling to feel understood, and I firmly believe they did their very best. Unfortunately, my vacation was planned on short notice, so it was quite expensive, and since I didn't know exactly what to expect, it ended up being costly.

This is the second time I’ve booked through this travel agency, and just like last time: the staff was helpful and the paperwork went smoothly, but I’d recommend going in with a clear idea of the location, conditions, and vacation destination. You should have a clear goal in mind—not just the location but also the purpose of the planned trip—otherwise you’ll quickly lose track of the abundance of suggestions. And with the “predefined filters,” you can definitely make the search more effective for both sides.
So I’d definitely go back anytime.👍
