We are very satisfied with the competence and friendliness of Mrs. Dusek. What we don't appreciate at all are the 10.00 or 20.00 euros we have to pay for the check-in service. In other travel agencies you get a voucher for the next trip because you have chosen this travel agency. If it weren't for Mrs. Dusek, we would no longer book with her travel agency.
Thank you Mrs. Dusek for the many years of wonderful service! And you Mr. Schöne, if that is your name, should think about punishing customers who book a trip through your agency two or three times a year.

The service fee for check-in covers the additional time and administrative costs that are increasingly being passed on to travel agencies by airlines and travel providers.
