This is the second time I’ve booked through this travel agency, and just like last time: the staff was helpful and the paperwork went smoothly, but I’d recommend going in with a clear idea of the location, conditions, and vacation destination. You should have a clear goal in mind—not just the location but also the purpose of the planned trip—otherwise you’ll quickly lose track of the abundance of suggestions. And with the “predefined filters,” you can definitely make the search more effective for both sides.
So I’d definitely go back anytime.👍

I’ve been with them for so many years now,
with Ms. Dusek. She always has great ideas.
She really helps us out, even when we’ve had a problem or the airline went bankrupt. Even now, with our vacation, she’s so patient with us.
She also helps out those on a tight budget.
That’s why I’m a regular customer and will stay one, and next year’s vacation is already planned with Ms. Dusek.
