With the help of Mr. Kretschmer, I concluded a private health insurance policy (change from GKV to PKV). After a pre-selection of possible providers, the discussion of different tariffs, benefits, deductibles, etc. took place. As expected, the entire consultation process took several weeks, from the first meeting, through (anonymous) non-binding preliminary inquiries with insurance companies, to the successful conclusion. Appointments (in person or by phone) with Mr. Kretschmer could be arranged at reasonable short notice. I would consult Mr. Kretschmer again for other consultations and can recommend him without reservation.
Mr. Kretschmer was very committed. He took enough time and answered all (also critical) questions in an understandable way. The consultation was very transparent

After information from a health insurer seemed contradictory, I was urgently looking for someone who could provide clarity, take care of the nerve-racking correspondence, obtain comparative offers from other insurance companies and finally support me in the selection and conclusion of the contract - and who, above all, had my interests in mind and not those of a particular insurance company.
In this situation I came to FwB Kretschmer and I am very happy about it. Not only in the above-mentioned question have Mr. Kretschmer and his team been able to solve everything to my complete satisfaction, but also in connection with other insurances and retirement plans, I greatly appreciate the always patient advice and comprehensible explanations, as well as the successful restructuring of my insurance coverage.
The communication outside of personal meetings is also friendly, speedy and definitely more stress-free than it would be directly with the insurance companies.

We went to Mr. Kretschmer to optimize our insurance policies. We now pay a little more in some places, but in return the benefits now cover our needs.
All questions, even if I asked them again at a distance because the answer had slipped my mind, are and were answered in a friendly, competent and timely manner. So I can be sure that I only have products that I really understand.

Overview in the insurance jungle
I sought advice from Mr. Kretschmer in selecting a legal protection insurance policy that would suit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised at how much time he took to get to know my individual situation and find the best and most customized solution for my needs. This positive experience prompted me to also hire Mr. Kretschmer to check all of my insurance policies. He confirmed my selection of old insurance policies to the greatest possible extent. He saw hardly any need for changes here. We discussed possible (better) alternatives in detail. He proved his absolute independence from individual insurance companies and his total orientation towards the interests and needs of the customer, not least by pointing out offers where he could earn nothing, but which represented the best solution for me. Clear explanations, understandable even for insurance laymen, create trust without false friendliness. Mr. Kretschmer is supported by a competent, friendly and helpful team of female employees.

Mr. Kretschmer's advice was very much oriented to the needs and questions of the customer, so that one can really speak of individual advice. At no point did one get the impression that he was no longer objective and independent. Instead, he objectively discussed the advantages and disadvantages of individual providers using facts and figures.
Overall, I consider Mr. Kretschmer's advice to be very good.

We came across Mr. Kretschmer while looking for an independent consultant. At the first appointment, he found out about our existing insurance policies and how we were planning our lives in the long term. During the second meeting, he showed us how we could optimize our plans for the future. He checked independently and suggested insurance companies that we would not have discovered on conventional Internet platforms. He then shows you exactly the advantages and disadvantages of the individual insurance companies in a direct comparison. He responds to individual wishes and does not force anything on you. Overall, we were super satisfied with the services of Mr. Kretschmer and can only recommend him.

I came to Mr. Kretschmer for advice on occupational disability insurance and to be able to make preliminary risk inquiries. I had already dealt with this topic in advance. Mr. Kretschmer was able to explain aspects that were not clear to me in a comprehensible way. He also pointed out possible alternatives on his own initiative and how the further procedure could look like, should the conclusion of an occupational disability insurance not be possible. Mr. Kretschmer and his team are very friendly. The consultation took place in a pleasant atmosphere and without time pressure. Mr. Kretschmer is competent and explains understandably. I am completely satisfied and should financial advice be necessary in the future, I will go to Mr. Kretschmer again. I am happy to recommend him.
