Gina Wahner

I am still totally flashed from my coaching with Gina. At the beginning, fear of failure and excessive perfectionism blocked me and I doubted that this would get better. I had worked on these issues a lot before, but I could only resolve them on a rational level - emotionally, however, they were still there. Gina recognized exactly that and addressed the issues with me on a much deeper level than I had ever experienced before. Using various tools and techniques, she brought me closer to my anxiety-provoking emotions and managed to get me to dialogue with them in order to understand them. The inner journeys to myself, to my resources and to my past were often exhausting, but they solved an incredible amount in me. In the process, Gina always managed to hold me through her empathetic and safe manner, no matter what came up. After seven very intensive sessions I can now see some changes in myself: Situations that previously caused downright panic in me now only cause a slight (healthy) excitement. I am curious to see what will be possible for me in the future. But one thing I know for sure: The coaching will have an effect for a long time!

I am so grateful that I found Gina. My life has changed so much for the better.

Gina is just great! Since 2017, I have attended various courses and seminars with her and each time I have received a huge amount of input and knowledge for my personal development.
Most recently, I did the 1:1 coaching with Gina and am totally thrilled how much has changed already through a few sessions. With her empathetic and open nature, Gina makes it super easy to feel comfortable talking with her and creating a trusting framework. This is especially important in order to feel safe with her with the sometimes personally difficult topics and to be able to open up (also to oneself). Gina creates with her 1:1 coaching the perfect basis to get to know yourself better and to come to insights that change the view on your own life. I can recommend the 1:1 coaching with Gina from the bottom of my heart and would book it again at any time. Soon I will attend "On Emotion Course" and I am already very excited about what I will learn in this course! ☺️

Gina manages to make her passion for her topics jump out at you. When she talks about our emotions, our learned behavior patterns or coping strategies, hours feel like minutes. The last seminar with her, therefore, not only gave me an incredible amount of new knowledge, but also left me totally energized and inspired. My goal is to keep growing in life. I have been doing this for a few years now with and thanks to Gina and know that we will continue to cross the same path from time to time.

I recently attended Gina's two-day seminar Mimic Resonance Basic. It was a great experience and I will continue to attend more seminars with her in the future. Gina has a gift for imparting knowledge and finding just the right balance between scientific facts and exemplary stories from everyday life.

Gina burns for her topics. Especially in her trainings she wants to get the best out of her participants and takes them with her. She creates a great atmosphere and the participants have little choice but to be infected by her enthusiasm. I really enjoy working with her and each time I take away something very valuable for myself. I have just completed the Mimic Resonance Basic Course and it will certainly not be the last time that I attend a training with her.

I have had 3 coaching sessions with Gina to date and it has been a very great experience working through my personal issues with her.

I attended Melation in June 2021 and knew that my journey didn't end there. To make a long story short - it was the best decision of my life to book a coaching with Gina!

In every coaching session I felt taken seriously, in every session there was lightness, humor, expertise and a pinch of craziness, so that even a serious & deep seated issue could be worked through in a relaxed setting. Gina always gave me the feeling of a safe space.

Gina has the ability to present even more complex expertise in an understandable and pictorial way, so that you can grasp and understand it.

I felt a lot and recognized some emotions that I had repressed. When I didn't know what was going on inside me now, Gina always recognized it and was able to guide me there.

I wanted to feel light again, unencumbered and finally wanted to shine again and realize my own worth! And she was able to do that.

I am heartily grateful to Gina for her work and can recommend it to everyone! It was definitely not the last coaching with her :)

With Gina's coaching I managed to feel joy of life again and above all a much longed for peace within myself. When I was going through different emotions, I realized that I had not been able to accept them before and how little I had listened to my own body. In the coaching every emotion and every thought found its place! If I couldn't categorize what I was feeling myself, Gina could simply read it off my face. In addition, she gives you enough time in the coaching to think about the topics, to internalize things and to become exactly aware of your emotions.

Coaching with Gina is life changing. She picks you up where you are, every feeling and emotion is allowed to be there and is okay. You are guided by her step by step but without overwhelming yourself. Gina can look deep into your soul and immediately recognize what is going on.

I have tried psychotherapy and autogenic training before, but none of it helped me as much as coaching with Gina. It was so good to get into the feeling and stop repressing the emotions.

She has helped me a lot so far. Nevertheless, I will always book more coaching sessions with her as soon as something comes up again that needs to be felt or perceived.

I discovered Gina by chance through a friend 2 years ago and went straight into my first group program with her during Corona time. Half a year later I was allowed to join the pilot project MElation and learn even more. To be able to deepen everything again with a special focus on me, I booked a coaching with her this year. Together with Gina we tickled out parts of me that I didn't know yet. I wanted to shine again, to become more confident, to become aware of my strengths. Little did I know that a version would emerge that exceeded all my expectations. I notice the peace within me and it radiates outward in such a way that I am directly addressed to it. That makes me even happier and I am even more satisfied.

Without Gina, I don't know when or how I would have made it. She is not only humanly so close and emphatic, but gives directly through camera or posts so much knowledge, which can be implemented directly with the right motivation. For this I am infinitely grateful.

I am not yet at the end and will certainly book Gina again, but the journey to here has already given me so much that I can only recommend every program, every coaching to everyone.

Being able to work with Gina is a real gift in life. I have rarely met such a kind-hearted, empathetic and at the same time incredibly honest and authentic person. If you are looking for sincerity, ease, fun, understanding & expertise in coaching, Gina is absolutely the right person.
