Nach einer Ärzte und Therapeuten Odyssee war Tanya die einzige die mir mit meinen Chronischen Schulterschmerzen helfen konnte.
Alle Tips und Empfehlungen waren Gold wert und die Betreuung war (trotz Online Coaching) immer auf den Punkt.

Beides Top Trainer! Gehen gezielt auf meine Ziele, Probleme und Schwächen ein.
Super Atmosphäre beim Training, die beiden haben die Fähigkeit, einen immer neu zu motivieren und das Beste aus einem herauszukitzeln. Sie wissen wirklich wovon sie reden und bringen es klasse rüber.
