The advice I found only sufficient, because this course, in my opinion, rather beginners occupy. Here I miss at the beginning of the course, a section on sitting positions in meditation, how can I practice, for example, the cross-legged seat. Without a good sitting position, in my opinion, you can interrupt the course late from the lesson : thoughts, because you are busy enough with your body. One can not then concentrate on the inside.
